We are looking for a Commercial Deployment Expert who will work in our Duty Free Entity in Istanbul and be responsible for coordination and central deployment of all portfolio execution, retail format & visual merchandising projects, POSM and visibility solutions.

This can be achieved through:

  • Excellent project management
  • Constant alignment with OC Portfolio, Marketing, Channel Development, MPD Operations, Customer Development and B2C
  • Maintaining good relationships with all interacted parties ? high interpersonal savy

  • For Portfolio Execution Support: Report post-launch evolution, support and coordinate with other functions in minimizing LOGD/Obsolotes, clarify the portfolio, get necessary approvals from legal, EA, Distribution and HQ Communications Teams.
  • For Offline/Online Content Deployment: Request final brief from HO Marketing team, review translations, brief local agency, keep track of budget
  • For Retail Formats & Visual Merchandising Deployment: Collect Consumer Off Take, RSP inputs, conduct periodic health checks, create reports for scenario analysis and modelling
  • For Retail Infrastructure Deployment: Prepare full project scope plans, keep track of all infrastructure projects, evaluate performance
  • For Visual Merchandising Deployment: Define and communicate the merchandising guidelines, liaise with local supplier for product highlight, record production timings, plan and coordinate shipping and installation

You will be working as a member of our Integrated Business Services (IBS) Team. IBS at PMI is a trusted operational part of the business today. IBS executes non-market services in the field of Commercial, Legal, Tax, Finance and many more disciplines. It enables the markets to focus on business growth, whilst IBS partners on perfect execution, innovation (automation, data, processes, etc) and global scaling of the relevant business processes

You:

  • Hold a university degree
  • Have 1 to 5 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing in a PMI affiliate or multinational FMCG company
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail
  • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner
  • Have solid understanding of activity resource planning, and also, good understanding of key trade marketing concepts like merchandising & visibility solutions
  • Have Project Management and Trade Marketing competency
  • Ideally have Reduced Risk Product Acumen, Combustible Acumen, Merchandising & Visibility Solutions, Project Management, Retail Format Execution, Service oriented/ collaboration, Vendor Management
  • Have knowledge of technologies and tools such as PLM, Genedit, VP & Expert Viewer, MS Office
