يجب ان يكون العرض الفني منفصل عن العرض المالي، وتسلم العروض الى مكاتب المنظمة في كل من:

آخر موعد لاستلام العروض هو يوم الأربعاء 14/10/2020الساعة 15:00 بالتوقيت المحلي لمدينة غازي عنتاب
العروض التي يتم استلامها بعد انتهاء موعد التقديم سيتم استبعادها
للحصول على جداول الكميات والمواصفات الفنية والأوراق المطلوبة يجب تعبئة النموذج التالي:
يجب إرسال الأسئلة عبر البريد الإلكتروني في موعد أقصاه 13/10/2020 الساعة 12 ظهراُ الى عنوان البريد الإلكتروني
يجب ذكر إسم ورقم المناقصة في عنوان البريد الإلكتروني “ 5660 _ External Audit “
البريد الالكتروني الذي لا يحتوي إسم ورقم المناقصة في عنوانه لن يتم الرد عليه.

Humanitarian Relief Association (IYD) invites qualified service providers/suppliers to apply for the following Tender:

The service: External Audit for fiscal year 2019
Work Locations: IYD office in Gaziantep
Sealed proposals to be submitted to IYD office in:
- Turkey office: Pancarli Mahallesi Sokak No:58014. Bina No:7 Şehitkamil, Gaziantep/ Turkey
Deadline for submission of proposals: Last date for bids submission is fixed on Wednesday 14/10/2020 at 15:00 Turkey local time.
Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected
