Omnichannel Execution and Marketing Cloud Lead
You will lead omnichannel execution and Marketing Cloud activities for Türkiye. You will design and deliver customer-first content across digital and face-to-face channels. You will work with marketing, medical, compliance, analytics and external partners to drive measurable results. We value clarity, collaboration and practical problem solving. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead end-to-end omnichannel execution for customer journeys, ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Own Marketing Cloud implementation and day-to-day operations, including campaign setup, segmentation and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain content calendars, governance and approval workflows that meet legal and internal standards.
- Work closely with marketing, medical, compliance, analytics and agencies to brief, review and deliver ready-to-use assets.
- Use analytics to measure content and campaign performance, then make data-driven improvements and personalization recommendations.
- Manage vendors and delivery timelines to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM/Marketing Cloud operations, omnichannel execution or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with a Marketing Cloud platform (for example Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Strong English and Turkish communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and with external agencies.
- Good working knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret campaign data.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in omnichannel, CRM or content operations in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience with content management systems, Veeva Vault or similar asset management tools.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms, segmentation strategies and journey orchestration.
- Certifications in Marketing Cloud, marketing automation or digital marketing.
- Basic design awareness and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with regulatory and medical approval processes for promotional content.
Working Model
This role is hybrid. You will be based in Türkiye with a mix of on-site and remote work as agreed with the hiring manager.
