About the Job

As a Procurement Excellence Analyst, you will play a key role in driving procurement performance, analytics, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, maintaining procurement dashboards and KPIs, supporting digitalization projects, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and Global teams, you will help enhance visibility, efficiency, and value creation across the procurement organization.

In brief, you will be responsible for

  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards
  • Analyze spend, savings, supplier performance, payment terms, and other procurement metrics to generate actionable insights
  • Monitor procurement KPIs and support performance management processes
  • Support continuous improvement and procurement transformation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digitalization
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across procurement systems and reporting tools
  • Support Power BI, SAP, Ariba, and other procurement systems enhancements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for leadership reviews and business meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support procurement objectives and projects

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related function.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba is preferred.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Experience in FMCG or multinational organizations is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
