• Are you looking for a remote opportunity you can pursue from anywhere in Poland?
• Do you speak Turkish at a minimum C1 level, and English at a minimum B2 level?
• Are you available to start immediately with a minimum of 80 hours per month, and flexible to work shifts and weekends?

If yes, we are looking for you!

???? You are the perfect candidate if you:

• Have a command of Turkish at a minimum C1 level, and English at B2 level.
• Are proficient in using a computer.
• Enjoy talking on the phone.
• Are ready to participate in a 12-day, fully remote training (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30), which is also paid.
• Are available to provide services between 9:00 a.m.–1:00 a.m. (7 days a week; schedule arranged individually; full 2-3 weekends per month).
• Have availability for at least 80 hours per month (preferred).

???? Your responsibilities:

• Providing customer support via phone in Turkish (inbound calls).
• Assisting customers with technical issues as well as questions related to accounts, subscriptions, or payments.

• Online test in English (B2 level) and Turkish (C1 level).
