Dicle Kalkınma Ajansı, kâr amacı gütmeyen kurum ve kuruluşların; Tarımsal yerel ürünlerin üretim ve veriminin artırılarak ticarileştirilmesine katkı sağlanması, İstihdam yoğun yatırımların artırılması, amacıyla yapılacak yatırımlar ait fizibilite çalışmalarına destek sağlayacaktır.
