Mercy Hands for Humanitarian Aid (MH) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, non-political organization founded in 2004. MH works to save lives, sustain human rights and restore healthy communities.

Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe – is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1981 that works in around 20 countries throughout the world, including in KRI and Iraq.

For the project “Sustainable improvement of access to clean drinking water for residents of the liberated areas of the Western Ninawa Governorate”, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office (AA), MH invites all qualified and specialized contractors to participate in the Tender for a Works Contract for the Water Network Rehabilitation in Eastern neighborhoods of Mosul city, Ninawa Governorate.

All bids, including the technical and financial offers must be separate (not mixed) and each should be placed in its own sealed envelope. These envelopes should then be placed in another sealed envelope or package and hand-delivered to the Mercy Hands office:

The package must be received by the deadline mentioned above or it will be rejected.


Participation

Participation in tendering is open only to the general contracting companies (construction, mechanical and electrical) – participating either individually or in a group (consortium) of tenderers – which are established and registered in KRI and/or Iraq.


Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The tender documents shall be marked with all relevant information in detail, including date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender.
