Trendyol Go is the local services arm of Trendyol Group. As part of Trendyol’s vision to fulfill all the daily needs of our users, Trendyol Go connects local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users. Connection is seamlessly made in real time to deliver anything in 30 minutes. Through our on-demand solution, we are able to extend our offering to include food and fresh grocery. We take great pride in empowering local commerce powered by our technology and last mile delivery network.
YOUR PROFILE
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, fast growing start-up, data analysis or business intelligence / insights
- 1+ years of managing high caliber team in fast paced environment
- Passion and high self-motivation to spot inefficiencies and improve broken processes in ever-changing environment
- Curious to understand the reasoning behind pain points and develop sustainable solutions/processes for each inefficiencies
- Effective prioritization and ability to balance quality and speed in a time constrained environment
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership with a get-it-done attitude
- Experience directly working and communicating effectively with other stakeholders with strict deadlines
- Ability to stay calm in dynamic, rapidly-changing environments
- Capable of quickly understanding various operational metrics and products, and how they interact
- Business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use large amounts of data to establish the highest value priorities
- Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented commercial / operational mind and eager to learn
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / GSheets for data analysis (SQL is preferred)
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Understand & analyze dynamics of supply operations in terms of various optimization models, designing & implementing scalable processes, and managing mass courier fleet
- Understanding of each proposed implementations implications on not only quantitative impacts but also from fleet psychology impacts
- Responsible for designing scalable processes to increase supply operation efficiencies
- Adaptation to being a part of high growth and demanding technology start-up
- User centric approach; continuous monitoring and improvement of user satisfaction related metrics.
