Tender instructions:

1. Interested vendors can obtain tender documents by stating their expression of interest via sending email to; [email protected] with subject line TRGAZ-193898-193822-193899-Medical Devices, lab equipment, lab consumables
2. To help us track our procurement effort, please indicate in your email where (vacanciesinturkey.com) you saw tender/procurement notice.

2. Completed documents must be submitted no later than 07 JAN 2020, 14:30  through the following ways;

A. Via tender email: [email protected] with subject line  TRGAZ-193898-193822-193899 Medical Devices, lab equipment, lab consumables

B. By hand delivery in sealed envelopes marked TRGAZ-193898-193822-193899 Medical Devices, lab equipment, lab consumables to a tender box located at WATAN Gaziantep Office, Mucahitler Mah. Gazi Muhtarpasa Blv. Yasem Is Mrk. No:44/F Sehitkamil/Gaziantep  

3. WATAN has all the rights to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.  After the above stated deadline, quotations sent will not be accepted.

4. All bids must include total price, bid validity, payment terms, and delivery terms of service.

5. All bids must be splitted into technical proposal and financial proposal While sending via hand delivered, two envelops must be provided, via secured email there should be two separate attachments one for technical proposal one for financial proposal.
