Bids are invited from reputable service providers based in Turkey and Syria and have their own access to Idleb-Syria or sub-contractors to provide painting services for Tents currently available in Syria/Idleb.
For those service providers who would be able to provide painting services are encouraged to provide their bids accordingly.
