The role is responsible for execution of business strategy, setting tactical and strategic business proposition for EPS Customers and provides strong leadership and accountability.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Build strategic sales plan for sales territory and execute against it.
  • Build strong relationships with Large Enterprise Public and Private sector customers and channel partners/channel partner account managers to understand their requirements and develop relevant solutions.
  • Develop robust account plans for key acquisition accounts.
  • Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts.
  • Engage in C-level meetings with specific customers.
  • Work at all levels within an organization to deliver a quarterly target.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.

Organization
You will report to the Relationship Business Unit Manager. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings. In this role you will establish relationships with enterprise customers.

Position Requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Facing External Facing IT Industry Sales.
  • Entrepreneurial personality, customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans to identify customer needs, offer solutions and create opportunities.
  • Problem solver and decision-maker.
  • Prioritize customer focus, able to work under pressure of senior clients.
  • Able to align people and influence decision making, effectively working in a matrix.
  • Collaborative working style and high commitment to get the job done.
  • Professional fluency in English.
