Opportunity

OneHR Turkey & HR Lead Pharm will be responsible for the creation and deployment of the HR agenda for J&J Turkey to enable business results through strong partnering with Business Leaders in Talent Management, Capability Development, Organizational Design and Change Management initiatives.he role will collaborate with the Regional HR Teams to develop and implement an integrated HR Strategy for each client organization.

Major Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Create & deploy the HR agenda for the business within J&J Turkey, aligned with HR, business, sector and enterprise strategies
  • Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances the impact
  • Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to implement innovative HR solutions
  • Operationalize talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and region-sector strategies to implement within country/cluster
  • Partner with global, regional and sector HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate
  • Develop & Cultivate a Diverse & Inclusive Workforce of the future & commit to achieve our DEI goals
  • Implement actions as required due to unique needs of the country/cluster rules & regulations
  • Support and lead key projects and deliverables as determined by the Regional leads
  • Ensure the excellence in E2E HR execution in coordination with GS teams

Qualifications

  • Ensure the excellence in E2E HR execution in coordination with GS teams
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a degree in industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management, business or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and oral communication
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional and progressive HR experience is required
  • Experience in supporting multiple business functions and various industries, ideally within large, complex organizations
  • Embody strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills
