Invitation to Bid – HA Installation of Greenhouses – Musul

Human Appeal (HA) would like to invite relevant vendors to submit their bid for the installation of Green houses In Mosul, Iraq. Hereby, HA requests vendors to submit price quotations for materials listed on the attached Bidding Form titled ‘ITB No. [HA_ITB-2019_9255_93]

Human Appeal will give PREFERENCE to vendors who have previous experience working with Greenhouses and their installation.

The ITB details are as follows:

Commodity:     Installation of Greenhouses

ITB Period:       11 Calendar day

ITB Closure Date and Time:     10^th October 2019 at 2:00 PM

Required Minimum validity period: 60 Days 

The following documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the HA Tender Opening Committee:

1. The attached HA ITB Bid Form (Annex P25 HA ITB Bid Form) must be completed and submitted in accordance with the ITB Instructions. The Delivery Period and Country of Origin, if required, must also be shown on the Bid Form.
2. The attached Conditions of Participation (Annex P24 HA ITB Instructions for Participating) must completed and be duly authorized by an authorized company representative and a copy of the Company Registration Certificate accompanying.
3. Annex P18 HA General Terms & Conditions for Procurement of Goods & Services must be signed and stamped.
4. Annex P2 HA Supplier Profile and Registration Form must be signed and stamped.
5. Due Diligence Assessment Form
6. Financial offer for the BOQ must be signed and stamped.
7. Annex P19 HA Code of Conduct for Suppliers must be signed and stamped.
