About the Course
The intent of the course is the educate and train new managers for an enhanced understanding of management roles and procedures. The course will prepare participants to enter into their new management roles or enhance their capabilities at the entry level of managerial roles. The focus of the entire workshop will revolve around assisting the growth of managerial capabilities and targets learning outputs to enhance not only their personal knowledge and role but also the efficiency of those working under them. The workshop will give participants the tools to become successful managers in both the short and long term.
The overall objectives of the training is to equip participants with successful management tools, teaching them strategies for:
- Communicating efficiently with the teams they interact with
- Being able to take the right decisions in different scenarios
- Managing and leading their teams efficiently
- Leveraging their creativity to resolve the issues that they might face
- Managing their departmental projects
The intended audience for this workshop are new managers at the start of their management careers.

About the Trainer(s)
Bayhas Al Sawady
Bayhas Al Sawady is a passionate development and management professional currently based in Bahrain. Bayhas began his project management career in 2003, as a project manager for Saudi Airlines and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and has since been developing his managerial skills in various fields. Among his management experiences work, Bayhas has worked in a variety of countries throughout the Middle East and frequently travels to countries like the U.A.E., Oman, and Turkey which has helped to enrich his experiences and understanding of different cultures and business norms.
His professional qualifications include holding PfMP, PMP, RMP and ACP credentials from the Project Management Institute. These qualifications have allowed Bayhas to conduct training workshops on project management topics and training for preparing to take examinations for these certifications.
