Your Role
You will be leading, collaborating with and supporting the Human Resources team within the Istanbul office in the delivery of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) services and projects. You will ensure the C&B operations and initiatives are in line with the policies and guidelines, assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR function.
Your Responsibilities
- Overseeing and executing day-to-day efficient HR operations tasks including personnel & personnel affairs related activities as well as overseeing the C&B structure and participate in competitive market researches.
- Overseeing and executing all C&B, payroll and payroll related activities including remuneration review, issuing of contracts, updating related systems and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Overseeing and administer any relevant employee benefits and compensation programs, Annual Salary Review, Insurance policies, SIP, Incentive Programs etc.
- Collaborating with the business and understand requirements and challenges then propose and implement C&B strategies to deliver against agreed key performance indicators.
- Monitoring announcements of relevant labor laws and ensure the compliance of HR policies with requirements.
- Assisting with employee relations.
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and employee services;
- Being in touch with related governmental institutions
- Providing ad hoc data and reports for the management.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of various C&B tools and practices in the market
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC skills.
- Excellent analytical, communicational skills, attention to detail.
- Very good spoken and written English is a must.
