Marketplace Team
is responsible for leading the initiatives to identify the opportunities for expanding selection that our Customers want, help business teams identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management Information Systems or Statistics,
    • 1-3 years of experience in CRM or a related role with a focus on automation, optimization, data analysis and reporting,
    • Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data,
    • Familiar with Salesforce and data analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics etc.) are plus,
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
    • Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, strategic thinker, good team player, high sense of responsibility, proactive and a practical thinker,
    • Knowledge in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies,
    • Ability to deliver fast, the business-focused output of excellent quality.

YOUR CHALLENGE

    • Being able to craft HTML content for communication with sellers (email, mobile, SMS, push…etc),
    • Create and optimize communication journeys for seller segments and feature to meet the business KPIs,
    • Automate tracking and communication of any feature for any segment,
    • Execute the data cleaning and data enrichment strategies for the seller database,
    • Entering, editing and revising product / informative content information with data on all devices to increase seller experience and engagement.
