Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of daily operational activities of field service engineers
- Regularly manage calibration equipment and tool tracking processes
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to field engineers
- Follow up occupational health and safety documentation processes
- Support operational reporting and documentation activities
- Take part in planning and organizational processes within the Service Operations Center
Qualifications
- Biomedical or Electrical engineer degree
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined working approach
- Available for a long-term internship
