At CooperSurgical, we are looking to recruit a Sales Support Assistant – Turkiye. Based in Istanbul, where our office is located on the Asian side, you will be part of the local commercial team and report to the Executive General Manager and Senior Country Manager. This is a temporal maternity cover role (7 month) within the local commercial organization, created to support the growth of CooperSurgical’s fertility business in Turkiye.
Position
- As the Sales Support Assistant – Fertility Solutions, you will be responsible for the internal coordination within the local commercial team, local cross-functional management and Executive General Manager, to support sales of the CooperSurgical Fertility portfolio in Türkiye.
- The position focuses on sales administration (including public contracts), reporting, analytics, and operational coordination to help the sales team achieve quarterly targets.
- The role works mainly with internal stakeholders, while also supporting selected customer interactions, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth communication, legal compliance, and efficient office operations.
Location: Istanbul, Turkiye. This role is office based and Temporary 6 – 12 months
- Coordinate internal sales support activities, including communication with relevant stakeholders on pricing, discounts, customer data, and sales processes.
- Retrieve and analyze sales data from the local ERP system and corporate Power BI, support CRM accuracy.
- Coordinate public tenders, customer account setup, product sampling process & follow up.
- Coordinate congresses, training events, marketing activities and related follow-up.
- Provide operational support for office facilities, including branding and coordination of commercial meetings.
- MSc or bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare, preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a direct subsidiary of an international company in Turkiye, preferably within pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
- Experience with public contracts is a plus
- Stakeholder management- perferable form intl. company
- Analytical mindset, high attention to details.
- Proficient communicator with strong collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory; Turkish is also required.
