Responsibilities:

• Supports management by knowing and implementing all governmental safety regulations
• Steers studies and investigations to ensure compliance with government regulations
• Monitors the investigation of accidents and root cause analyses (circumstances, contributing factors)
• Supports the organization by training programs
• Conducts safety audits of buildings, facilities, tools and equipment
• Develops and drives the implementation of guidelines and follow-up activities to prevent accident recurrence
• Inspects facilities and premises and advises of corrective measures to reduce the risks of disease and other job-related ailments

Qualifications:

• Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
