Zümra is an independent, non-profit NGO working across multiple countries. We implement humanitarian aid programs, infrastructure projects, food distributions, and emergency response activities in crisis-affected regions.

 

About the Position

We are looking for a Field Videographer / Content Creator who will be responsible for both field-based production and office-based content work.

The role includes shooting photo and video in field locations, editing content in the office, managing media archives, and producing social media content from humanitarian projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

• This position is open only to Turkish citizens holding a Turkish passport
• Conduct photo and video shooting in field locations (including international projects)
• Edit video and photo content in the office
• Organize and maintain structured media archives
• Produce engaging content for social media platforms
• Support storytelling and communication materials for humanitarian projects
• Work with internal teams to ensure consistent visual output

 

Requirements

• Degree in New Media, Visual Communication, or related fields (preferred)
• Experience in photo and video shooting
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic Photoshop
• Ability to use DSLR / mirrorless camera systems
• Interest in humanitarian field work and storytelling
• Good command of English (additional languages is a plus)
• Willingness to travel for international field assignments

 

Nice to Have

• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop advanced skills
• Drone piloting experience
• Previous NGO or field experience

 

Important Notes

• This role includes both field and office responsibilities
• Candidates must be based in Istanbul and able to commute to İstanbul / Ümraniye
• Frequent international travel may be required
