Job Description
We are seeking a professional, service-oriented, and detail-focused Butler to provide personalized guest experiences and ensure the highest standards of hospitality. The Butler will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, anticipating their needs, coordinating services across departments, and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests from arrival through departure.
- Welcome VIP guests and assist with check-in and check-out arrangements.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations.
- Coordinate guest requests with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, special amenities, and personalized experiences.
- Ensure guest rooms and suites are prepared according to preferences and hotel standards.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, professionally, and discreetly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to enhance future stays.
- Deliver luggage assistance, unpacking/packing services, and wardrobe management when required.
- Uphold confidentiality and protect guest privacy at all times.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Butler, Guest Relations, Concierge, Front Office, or Luxury Hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and VIP service protocols preferred.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
