تم تأسيس مؤسسة الرسالة عام 2013، وهي منظمة غير ربحية وغير حكومية ولا تنتمي لأي جهة حزبية. وهي منظمة سورية محلية تهتم بالمشاريع الاستجابة الانسانية الطارئة وكذلك المشاريع التنموية.
تعتمد منظمة الرسالة على مانحين من المنظمات الانسانية الدولية، كما تعتمد بالصورة الأكبر على التمويل الخاص لاستكمال عملها في سوريا ومعظم نشاطات مؤسسة الرسالة تتركز في شمال غرب سوريا.

نرحب بالموردين المهتمين بإرسال عروضهم (عرض أسعار موقّع ومختوم ، وكتيب موقع ومختوم ، وعينة من العناصر) في موعد أقصاه 21/07/2020 في الساعة 05:00 مساءً على العناوين التالية:
تركيا/ كلس إلى العنوان: Barış Mah.istiklal cd. No:41/A kilis Merkez
سوريا/ ادلب إلى العنوان: دوار الساعة – فوق مطعم المدينة – الطابق الاول
سوريا / اعزاز إلى العنوان: طلعة السجل العقاري – بناء مختبرات البشير للتحاليل الطبية – الطابق الثالث – رقم 16
ملاحظات:
- فترة تقديم العروض تبدأ 09/07/2020 حتى 21/07/2020
- العروض يجب ان تصل إلى مكاتب مؤسسة الرسالة في فترة أقصاها 21/07/2020 الساعة 5 مساء.
- اية عروض تصل مؤسسة الرسالة بعد تاريخ 21/07/2020 ( الساعة 5 مساءً ) سوف ترفض.
- فترة صلاحية العرض يجب ان تكون شهر على الأقل
- العروض يجب ان توصف كافة التفاصيل كما هو مدرج في نص المناقصة وملحقاتها
- تاريخ فض العروض في 22/07/2020
- في 23/07/2020 سوف يتم التواصل مع المورد الفائز، بالإضافة سوف يتلقى المورد الغير فائز خطاب بالرفض
- تاريخ توقيع العقد 27/07/2020
- يجب على المورد الرابح تسليم السلال الغذائية بتاريخ 02/08/2020

Invitation to Bids for “ Food baskets”
Interested Gentlemen:
Al-Resala Foundation has been established in 2013, it is a non-profit, non-governmental organization and not affiliated with any party organization. It is a local Syrian organization concerned with emergency humanitarian response projects as well as development projects.
Al-Resala Foundation relies on donors from international humanitarian organizations, as well as relies more on private funding to complete its works in Syria. Most of its activities are in northwestern of Syria.
Al-Resala Foundation is involved in providing Food baskets.

Interested bidders shall submit their offers (signed and sealed quotation, signed and sealed booklet, sample of the items) no later than 21/07/2020 at 05:00 pm at the following addresses:

Syria / Idlib: AlSa’a Roundabout – above Madinah Restaurant – 1st floor
Syria / Azaz: Real Estate Registration Road – Al-Bashir Medical Labs Building – Third Floor – No. 16
Notes:
- Bidding period starts from 09/07/2020 to 21/07/2020
- Al-Resala Foundation’s offices shall receive the offers of no later than 21/07/2020 at 5 pm.
- Any offers received after 21/07/2020 (5 pm) will be rejected.
- Validity period of the offer shall be at least one month.
- All details shall be described in the offers as listed in the tender and its annexes.
- Offers will be opened on 22/07/2020
- On 23/07/2020, the winning supplier will be contacted, in addition the non-winning supplier will receive a rejection letter.
- Contract will be signed on 27/07/2020
- Winning supplier shall deliver the food baskets in 02/08/2020
