İHALE ŞARTLARI VE KOŞULLARI
Genel:
1) İhaleye katılacak firmalar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti içerisinde faaliyet göstermelidir.
2) Teklif ABD doları cinsinden verilecektir. Ödemeler ise Fatura tarihi günündeki TCMB alış kuru üzerinden Türk Lirası (TL) cinsinden yapılacaktır.
3) İhale kapalı zarf usulü yapılacaktır. Belirlenen ihale tarihine kadar elden ve ya posta yolu ile dosyalar gönderilebilir. Evraklar firma kaşeli ve ıslak imzalı olup, üzerinde düzeltme yapılmamalıdır. Teslim edilen dosyada eksik evrak olması ihaleden men sebebidir.
4) İhaleye söz konusu ekmeklik un 1 Ağustos 2020 ile 30 Mayıs 2021 tarihleri arasında sevk edilecektir. Detaylı sevkiyat planlaması yüklenici firma ile yapılacak olan sözleşmede belirtilecektir.
5) İhh İnsani Yardım Vakfı, ihaleye söz konusu ürün veya hizmet miktarını % 40’a kadar artırma /azaltma ve/veya ihaleyi iptal etme hakkına sahiptir.
6) Teklif edilen fiyat 4. Maddede belirtilen tarihler arasında geçerli olacaktır.
7) Karar aşamasında İHH İnsani Yardım Vakfı, gerek görmesi halinde ihaleye katılan firmaları görüşmeye çağırabilir.
8) Firma kaşe ve Islak imzası bulunmayan teklifler geçersiz kabul edilecektir.
9)İHH İnsani Yardım Vakfı, ihaleyi bir veya birkaç katılımcıya pay edebilir.
10) İhaleyi kazanan firma % 5 oranında teminat verecektir.
11) Ödemeler her fatura tarihini takiben 15 gün içerisinde yapılacaktır.
12) İHH İnsani Yardım Vakfı, istediği zaman istediği sevkiyattan numuneler alma, analize gönderme ve ürünün kalitesini denetleme hakkını saklı tutar.
13) İstenilen ekmeklik un aşağıda belirtilen özelliklerde olacaktır.

İSTENİLEN BELGE VE DÖKÜMANLAR
1) İhaleye Katılım:
İhale için gerekli belgeler aşağıda belirtilmiştir. Bu belgelerin kapalı zarf içinde ve üzerine sadece katılımcı firmanın ismi yazılı şekilde teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir. Her belge kaşeli ve ıslak imzalı olmalıdır. Teklif mektubu ayrı zarf içerisinde olacak şekilde, diğer şirket evrakları ile birlikte tekrar kapalı zarf içine konularak teslim edilmelidir. Zarflar ihale komisyonu tarafından açılacaktır.

TENDER SPECIFICATIONS
General:
General:
- Bidders companies should operate in the Republic of Turkey.
- The offer will be made in US dollars. Payments will be made in Turkish Lira (TL) at the CBRT buying rate on the date of invoice.
- The tender will be closed envelope procedure. Files can be sent by hand or by post until the determined tender date. The documents are firm stamped and wet signed and should not be corrected. The missing document in the delivered file is the reason for banning from the tender.
- Bread flour that is the subject of the tender will be shipped between 1 August 2020 and 30 May 2021. Detailed shipment planning will be specified in the contract with the contractor company.
- IHH Human Rights and Freedoms and Humanitarian Relief Foundation has the right to increase/decrease the amount of the product or service in question by up to 40% and/or cancel the tender.
- The bid price will be valid between the dates specified in Article 4.
- In the decision phase, IHH may call the companies participating in the tender to discuss, if deemed necessary.
- Offers without firm stamp and wet signature will be considered invalid.
- IHH may share the tender to one or more particapants.
- The winner of the tender will give a 5% guarantee.
- Payments will be made within 15 days of each billing date.
- IHH reserves the right to take samples from any shipment, to send for analysis and to check the quality of the product at any time.
- The flour will be required in the following specifications.

15.Within the scope of the tender, 1169 tons of flour will be purchased.

- Participation in the Tender:
Documents required for the tender are listed below. These documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope and only on the name of the participating company. Each document must be stamped and wet signed. The letter of tender must be enclosed in a separate envelope with the other company documents and placed in a closed envelope. Envelopes will be opened by the tender commission.
