Human Resources Generalist

Zet Farma is a 100% Kuehne Nagel company and Kuehne Nagel Turkey is looking for an Human Resources Generalist to act as a bridge between Kuehne Nagel headquarter and Zet Farma warehouse in Kirac / Esenyurt.

Your Role

You will act as a HR Business Partner for Zet Pharma company and provide quality HR advice, coaching and support to all managers to ensure the business’s strategic and operational objectives are met. You will be responsible for all HR processes to be applied in the warehouse of Zet Farma.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acting as a point of contact between the Kuehne Nagel Turkey headquarter and Zet Farma company to assist employee relations and build employee communication as well as the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR functions.
  • Following compensation and benefits administration, recordkeeping, providing all payroll related data of Zet Farma employees to the payroll system and making it ready for transactions done by finance.
  • Following employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting and employee services.
  • Keeping personnel files up to date in line with the local laws and Kuehne Nagel Guidelines, providing ad hoc day and reports for the management, especially to HR Director.
  • Being in touch with related governmental institutions and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment practices, policies and legislation.
  • Coordinating recruiting activities with Talent Sourcing Center and National HR based in headquarter.
  • Supporting HR roadmap to support delivery of key performance indicators as well as coaching and advising managers on effective management of performance in liaison with specialists as required.
  • Supporting the annual salary review process, learning and development programs and performance management processes under the guidance of relevant specialists.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in Turkish Labor Law and personnel affairs.
  • Good knowledge in compensation and benefits , performance systems, organizational development.
  • Good level of English is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC skills.
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills with a high level time management.
