We are looking for HR Operations and Delivery Associate who will work at our office in Istanbul, Umraniye.
Responsibilities:
- Participates and liaises centralized human resource services across employee data, talent acquisition operations, benefits, grievance procedures and leaves.
- Communicates services with the internal and external human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists.
- Researches and resolves problems in a timely manner, finding the root cause of issues in order to provide accurate answers and facilitate appropriate solutions.
- Identify and drive process improvements.
- Uses knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve processes.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources in an operational context, preferably in contact centers
- The required minimum degree is university level, preferably in Human Resources or related fields
- Good command of English in both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and organization skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions
- Able to work flexibly, adapting quickly to change and responding positively to new ways of working enabling us to thrive on change and constantly improve
- Demonstrable ability to influence, negotiate and manage objections effectively
- Demonstrate ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues of a similar status, both formally and informally
- Ability to contribute fully to an effective team environment; demonstrate willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals
- The ability to obtain and effectively use information, including the ability to identify the information needed, seek the information from a variety of sources, and skillfully extract and report the information for business benefit
- Able to provide guidance and support to junior team members
