HR Generalist (Analyst)

Job Summary:

As HR, aside from providing the best quality service to our stakeholders, we’re also taking actions in harmonization process, to integrate plans between Disney and Fox. So, this role’s contribution to HR team, leaders in Turkey, Israel and Greece (TIG) and overall the company is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, in Turkey, Israel and Greece regarding all HR processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department i.e. performance evaluation, on boarding, talent management, salary increase and organizational change,
  • Facility with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and using data to drive decision-making,
  • Pro-actively develop strong working relationships with key business and HR stakeholders, which enable a solution-orientated approach to delivering HR initiatives,
  • Apply commercial thinking and an understanding of the business and HR to provide pragmatic and informed HR solutions and ideas which meet both the business needs and fit with the HR agenda,
  • Develops new ideas, seeing issues from multiple angles, acting with a sense of curiosity and urgency and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement,
  • Monitors employee performance and coordinates career development actions, provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions),
  • Recruitment for relevant business units plus support when there is a need to support other divisions/countries,
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention,
  • Acts as a bridge between local, regional and global teams,
  • Drives diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization, personally and programmatically.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience, preferably in a multinational company with experience of operating within a shared service environment,
  • A flexible way of thinking, able to navigate company processes and practices to find solutions for unique business problems,
  • Practical, action-oriented mind-set that thrives in dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships – proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level and managing clients at Director level and above,
  • Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and partners across many groups and geographies,
  • Ability to quickly develop organisational savvy, political navigation and sensitivity,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Turkish language both verbal and written),
  • Aptitude in problem-solving,
  • Able to manage simultaneous priorities,
  • Resiliency to working in the “gray”
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint),
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Turkish language both verbal and written),
  • Has an analytical mindset with excellent attention to details with the ability to have a global view.
