As a HR Analyst, you will be contribute to create a culture of excellence and a positive company culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards through the deployment of all relevant HR processes.

Your Key Deliverables

  • Contributes to create a culture of excellence that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards.
  • Fosters a positive climate in the work environment through the deployment of HR processes in support of the business strategy.
  • Supporting plant training needs analysis and training coordination/implementation.
  • Support the deployment of career management systems, organize assessment center to attain the potentials.
  • Organize the deployment of the annual employee survey, assist in analyzing survey results, and participate in action planning.
  • Registration of new employees for social and health insurance.
  • Preparation and maintenance of confidential employee documentation.
  • Maintenance of all data while insuring data privacy.
  • Preparation and submission of documentation for the relevant state authorities.
  • Follow-up the engagement calendar and take the necessary action in the organization of the events.
  • Enables communication effectiveness across the sites Supports HRM in conducting hourly & salaried new hire orientations and processing.
  • Actively coordinate orientation team activities for new hire and transfers.
  • Responsible for HR reporting and HR KPIS analysis.
  • Support in preparation for internal/external audits.
  • Assist HRM acting as a contact for employee’s comments, concerns, questions, and provide information to employees as needed.
  • Assist with recognition programs within the plant (i.e. E-star) and actively engaged in all engagement/community/charity activities.
  • Comply with requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
  • Coach and support front line leaders on the new job grades and implementing the outcomes of the project (talent roadmap, multi-skill, comp& ben philosophy).
  • Search opportunities to adapt Eaton policies and procedures with change management process for shop floor.

Qualifications

Are you?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in HR; experience in a international company, manufacturing environment dealing with unions would be a plus strong work Ethics and standards.
  • Turkish speaker and fluent English.
  • Excellent communication skills and team oriented Strong language capability Turkish and English.
  • Confidentiality and compliance orientation a MUST Good command of MS Office Programs.
  • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good change management skills to drive sustained cultural change despite resistance.
  • Self-sufficiency in managing simultaneous assignments; flexibility; strong analytical/problem solving skills
