We are looking for Growth Analytics Executive who are enthusiastic to play a key role in helping Trendyol provide the best shopping experience to millions of customers! You also need to keep up with the pace and the energy of our dynamic team and an agile environment!
Growth Team is working for the long term and sustainable growth of Trendyol by reaching millions of people everyday through all possible channels and tactics. The team analyzes data to make great decisions and hunts potential growth opportunities working with other teams within Trendyol. Growth team aims to maximize user experience by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & content. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers!
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management
- 6-8 years experience in a data analytics, business intelligence or similar role
- Previous leadership experience at least 2 years
- Pricing analytics, markdown optimization, supply chain analytics and business analytics knowledge is a plus
- Excellence in data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, data visualization, and defining KPI strategy, growth opportunity for your business.
- Strong knowlegde of SQL, Python or other scripting language experience combined to good mathematical and statistics foundations
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce is a plus
- Excited to work with different functions within the company highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Being a servant leader who is responsible for hiring, motivating and coaching team by providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
- Evangelize data knowledge and insights: manage communications with your stakeholders and other teams, collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues to complete data projects and ensure all parties can use the insights to further improve
- Create analytical frameworks to measure team success: partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, create approaches to track the data and troubleshoot errors, quantify and evaluate the data, then develop a common language for all colleagues to understand these KPIs
- Own in-depth analyses of Trendyol customer behavior across multiple device categories, and lead insight generation
- Demonstrate critical thinking for potential roadblocks; comprehend a bigger picture of the business and effectively communicate these issues to the greater data organization
