- Preparation of training module on managing grants for the MOEU/DGEUFR staff and execution of 6 half-day training session covering the life cycle of grant projects such as tendering, implementation, supervision and monitoring, and financing;
- Preparation of training module on the full applications submission for applicants who are eligible to submit a full application and execution of 2 one-day training sessions;
- Support organization of opening and closure events of the Grant Programme;
- Support establishment of Management Information System (MIS) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System;
- Support preparation of a risk assessment and monitoring programme for the grant programme inalignment with the MoEU after the award of the grant contracts;
- Technical and administrative assistance during implementation and monitoring of grant projects;
- Follow up grantees notification/amendment requests via MIS and conduct interim and final evaluations for grant projects;
- Quality check and editing the reports and other related documents/materials prepared;
- Support organization of 4 one-day consultative meetings throughout the course of the Grant Program to exchange information, assess progress and encourage collaboration among grant nominees.
- Preparation of lessons learned report and a dissemination strategy of grant activities.
- Support preparation of a compendium and a short documentary video for the Grant Programme.

General Qualifications
- Masters degree in the field of Economics, Business Administration / Management, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Good command of English
Professional Experience
- Minimum 7 (seven) years of relevant experience , in the absence of Masters Degree additional 2 years of relevant experience is required
Specific Experience
- Minimum 5 years of specific working experience in grant management
- Working experience in at least 3 projects as a grant expert
- Grant programme / project experience in the field of climate change
- Experience in preparation of training documents and execution of training covering the life cycle of grant projects such as tendering, implementation, monitoring, and financing
- Experience in grant monitoring and evaluation at least 20 grant projects
