Finance Project & Process Specialist

Finance Team is the control center of the company, but it is our department that is the biggest bridge between the commercial teams and the customer for the financial continuity and efficiency of the company.

YOUR PROFILE

• BS in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent disciplines (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years experience at process development, business development, project management or data science
• A dedicated team member who will oversee several projects at one time and who is eager to make decisions
• Experience at e-commerce, banking, retail, finance infrastructure and software companies (Familiarity with ERP and BPM systems are plus)
• Strong knowledge of project management practises and tools including applications and processes like agile, scrum, CPM
• Excellence in using MS Excel, Lucidchart and Gdrive applications (SQL and BQ knowledge are plus)

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Developing and maintaining financial projects, managing and working with diverse departments (Technology, Operations, Business etc.) on a single project
• Learning end to end business knowledge and transforming those learnings into new practises
• Actively improving financial processes, monitoring current business practises
• Strong focus on efficiency, working effectively with data and constructing lean processes
