Borealis Turkey is looking for a Customer Service Representative!

Do you have experience in Customer Service, Export or Import? Then this role is for you! We offer a 1-year assignment that could be your door opener for a career in Borealis, a leading provider of innovative solutions in the fields of polyolefins

The Customer Service Representative is a primary link to our customers and facilitates customer satisfaction by building and maintaining a strong relationship with our customers. CSR facilitates Sales fulfilment and coordinates a broad portfolio of processes with customers, logistics service providers, business units, supply chain functions and shared services to drive operational excellence from business preparation until the money is in the bank.

Contribution:
  • Day to day interface to customer in order to address customer´s supply and service needs
  • Order creation, delivery creation, transport booking in co-operation with our forwarders, invoicing Applicable export and import activities.
  • Follow up of payment behaviour of the customer to ensure on-time-payment
  • Supply timely and accurate response to any customer requests
  • First contact for issues, defects and complaints – respond to customer complaints
  • Capture customer insights and stay closely aligned with Sales and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvements to our systems, processes and to specific customer related supply chain issues.

About you
  • University degree in business / commercial or relevant departments in Customer Service
  • Fluent written and verbal command of English and Turkish
  • Maritime logistics
  • Order Management knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of Finance
  • SAP, Excel and remote communication tools
