- Proven track record in QSR/F&B retail operations management with a reputation for building sales and maximizing profits.<br>Maturity and professionalism enabling successful interaction with people in day to day business.<br>Strong background in training and development of managers and operators; ability to motivate and inspire team to participate in developmental programs.<br>Broad based business background which maximizes effective consultation in a variety of disciplines
