qualifications
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering
- Business Administration
- Economy
- Mathematics or other related disciplines.<br>Minimum 4 years of HR experience preferably in C&B processes.<br>Advanced knowledge and practice level of HAY Guide Chart Job Evaluation Methodology.<br>Preferably experienced in Bilin/Humanist Workday HR system.<br>Proficiency in MS Office applications (Advanced level in MS Excel is a must).<br>Good command of both written and spoken English.<br>Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to deal divers responsibilities simultaneously.<br>Strong analytic
