مؤسسة بناء للتنمية ستقوم بالتعاقد من أجل تقديم طحين للمخابز على عدة دفعات في نواحي جرابلس – اخترين – الباب في ريف حلب الشمالي.
مختصر شرح الخدمة:
يتوجب على المتعاقد تقديم 1794 طن متري من الطحين معبأة في أكياس بوزن 50 كغ وتسليمها على 12 دفعة في نواحي جرابلس – اخترين – الباب في ريف حلب الشمالي.

الشروط العامة:
- يعتبر العرض مرفوض اذا تجاوزت مدة التنفيذ المقترحة في العرض المدة الزمنية المتاحة للتنفيذ .
- يعتبر العرض مرفوض اذا لم يرفق المقاول حسابه الخاص PTT .
- الحصول على علامة فنية اقل من نصف العلامة الفنية يؤدي بالعرض المقدم من قبلكم الى الاستبعاد من المنافسة
- يجب تقديم العرض بالظرف المختوم وتسليمه بالزمان والمكان المحدد في دفتر الشروط
- عند تقديم العرض الخاص بكم الرجاء التأكد من استلام ايصال استلام
- بعد اجراء التقييمات الفنية والمالية ستقوم مؤسسة بناء للتنمية بالتواصل فقط مع اصحاب افضل خمسة عروض في حال كان هنالك حاجة ولن يتم التواصل مع اصحاب العروض المستبعدة
- تحتفظ مؤسسة بناء للتنمية في الحق بقبول أو رفض أي أو كل العروض أو زيادة أو نقصان كميات من العناصر المطلوبة.

Binaa Toplum Kalkınma Kurumu, Halep’in kuzey kırsalındaki Cerablus – Akhtarin – El-Bab bölgelerinde yer alan fırınlarla çeşitli partilerde un sağlamak için bir tedarikçiyle anlaşma yapacaktır
Hizmetin açıklaması:
Tedarikçi, 50 kg’lık torbalarda paketlenmiş 1794 ton unu temin etmesi gerekecektir ve Halep’in kuzey kırsalındaki yer alan Cerablus – Akhtarin – El-Bab bölgelerine 12 parti halinde teslim edecektir, İlgilenen şirketler, kurumlar ve tedarikçiler aşağıdaki linkten şartnameyi indirebilirler:

Genel Şartlar:
- Teklifte önerilen uygulama süresini aşan tedarikçilerin teklifleri reddedilmiş olarak kabul edilecektir.
- Tedarikçi, PTT hesap bilgilerini teklifle birlikte iletmediği takdirde teklifi reddedilmiş olarak kabul edilecektir.
- Teknik bölümün yarısından daha az puan alan tedarikçiler, ihale dışında kalmasına neden olacaktır
- Teklif, kapalı zarf içerisinde sunulmalı ve şartnamede belirtilen yer ve zamanda teslim edilmelidir
- Teklifinizi verirken, lütfen bir makbuz aldığınızdan emin olun
- Teknik ve mali değerlendirmeleri yaptıktan sonra, Binaa Kalkınma Kurumu yalnızca en iyi beş teklifi veren tedarikçilerle iletişim kuracaktır ve diğer teklif sahipleriyle iletişime geçilmeyecektir.
- Binaa Kalkınma Kurumu, tekliflerden herhangi birini veya tümünü kabul etme veya reddetme veya gerekli öğelerin miktarlarını artırma veya azaltma hakkını saklı tutar

Binaa for Development will make an agreement with a supplier to supply of flour in various batches to bakeries located in the Jarablus – Akhtarin – Al-Bab regions in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
Description of the service:
The supplier will be required to supply 1794 tons of flour packaged in 50 kg bags and will be delivered into 12 batches to the regions of Cerablus – Akhtarin – Al-Bab in the northern countryside of Aleppo. Interested companies, institutions and suppliers can download the RFP from the link below:

- The offer will be rejected if the proposed implementation period in the proposal exceeds the implementation period outlined on the RFP.
- The offer will be rejected if the supplier does not attach PTT account along the offer.
- Obtaining a technical mark less than half of the technical mark outlined on the RFP will lead to exclude your offer from the competition.
- The offer must be submitted in the sealed envelope and delivered at the time and place specified in the respective RFP.

- After conducting the technical and financial evaluations, Binaa for Development will contact only the top five bidders and no other bidders will be contacted..
- Binaa for Development reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers or to increase or decrease quantities of the required items.
