For Q8 Petroleum, we are looking for a multilingual Customer Service Representative to join the international Q8Truck Customer Service Unit (CSU) in Rotterdam.

Q8Truck supports B2B transport and logistics customers across Europe through an extensive network of truck stations. The Customer Service team is organised by region, with dedicated language specialists supporting customers in their native language.

For this position, language skills are the most important requirement. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Turkish, Bulgarian and English. Any additional European language is considered a strong advantage.

What will you do?

As the primary point of contact for Turkish and Bulgarian customers, you will ensure they receive excellent support while working closely with colleagues across Europe in English.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing professional customer support via phone and email to Turkish and Bulgarian-speaking clients.
• Resolving customer enquiries and coordinating solutions with internal departments.
• Following up on invoices, payments and customer credit limits together with the Finance and Credit teams.
• Identifying customer needs and proactively improving the customer experience.
• Maintaining accurate customer administration and documentation.
• Supporting operational improvement projects and contributing ideas to optimise processes.

Who are you?

Previous Customer Service experience is not essential. We are mainly looking for someone with the right mindset and strong communication skills.

You are:

• Fluent in Turkish, Bulgarian and English, both spoken and written. This is essential.
• An excellent communicator who enjoys helping customers.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and eager to take ownership.
• Analytical and comfortable working with numbers, including invoicing and credit limit follow-up.
• Well organised, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within an international team.
• Any additional European language is considered a plus.

What can you expect?

• A challenging international position with Q8 Petroleum, supporting customers across Europe.
• A gross monthly salary between €3200 and €3800, with flexibility for highly experienced candidates.
• A six-month assignment with a strong possibility of extension.
• An office in the centre of Rotterdam.
• During the first six months, the role is fully office-based to support onboarding and collaboration.
• Occasional travel to the Antwerp office is expected.
