About the location:

About the role:
The Open On-Call Server Assistant supports the Food & Beverage team in ensuring smooth daily operations. In this role, you will help prepare service areas, maintain cleanliness and organization, and assist the team during service when needed.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic restaurant environment while contributing to Four Seasons service standards.
What you will do:
- Prepare and organize service areas, equipment, and materials for daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas and service stations
- Support the service team by assisting with food transport and service during busy periods
- Handle cleaning, restocking, and safe transport of equipment and materials
- Follow hygiene, safety, and Four Seasons standards while supporting daily operations
What you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Interest in Food & Beverage; previous experience is a plus
- Basic English communication skills
- Good teamwork and communication abilities
- Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
