We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “Payroll Executive“ to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.
Job Description
- Managing all end-to-end payroll processes.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, overtime pay, leave, incentives, and all legal payroll components.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Maintaining and continuously improving the operation of HR systems;
- Supporting the implementation of new HR Information Systems (HRIS) modules and digital HR processes
- Ensuring compliance with the Turkish Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK) procedures, and payroll legislation
- Preparing documents for internal and external audits
- Collaborating closely with HR teams, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 6 years of experience in payroll, HR reporting, and/or HR systems
- Strong knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law, SGK practices, incentives, and related legislation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools
- Experience with HRIS platforms, especially HRWEB and Passgage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
