- Teknik ve mali değerlendirmeleri yaptıktan sonra, Binaa Kalkınma Kurumu yalnızca en iyi beş teklifi veren tedarikçilerle iletişim kuracaktır ve diğer teklif sahipleriyle iletişime geçilmeyecektir.
- Binaa Kalkınma Kurumu, tekliflerden herhangi birini veya tümünü kabul etme veya reddetme veya gerekli öğelerin miktarlarını artırma veya azaltma hakkını saklı tutar.
