Duites and Responsibilities

To understand and assist in the preparation of the hotel Human Resources Budget and Business Plan
To assist, develop, implement and adhere to corporate & hotel Human Resources policies and procedures.
To be up to date with all Turkish legal requirements relating to Human Resources.
To assist the Director of Human Resources in the management and completion of the Human Resources Events schedule.
To oversee the company benefits administration Represent the HRD in their absence.
To complete day to day personnel administration in response to requests and action plans.
To manage and maintain headcounts, ensuring that they are in line with agreed departmental headcount budgets.
To manage and maintain the HR Personnel System To be readily available for counselling with empathetic, open communication ensuring reliability and confidentiality.
To manage and administer Disciplinary & Grievance procedures in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources.
Oversee the day to day HR operations and the workflow of the department.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal Fluent in Turkish and English.
Additional languages would be beneficial
Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation
Quality driven with a passion for excellence.
Must possess excellent organisational and administrative skills and interpersonal skills
Approachable, open-minded and fair
