Dear Sir / Madame,

As Save the Children International we have a request for proposal a Transportation service in Avcılar and Ümraniye

Please see the details attached in the technical specifications document, Policies and the required criteria as well.

Kindly note that you will evaluated based on the Capability criteria for %60 and Commercial criteria for 40%, therefore we kindly request you to send all the relevant documents requested.

Please fill in the RFQ form (including firm name, price, delivery date) and submit the sealed bids to the following address in person or via courier no later than 20.11.2019 Wednesday 17:00.
