We are looking for a Manager assistant in our group company at Asel Plaza, Güneşli
Required Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with mail correspondence and phone calls
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the General Manager
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- organising meetings and events
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondencemanaging databases
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- communicating with staff, suppliers and clients
- miscellaneous tasks to support the manager, which will vary according to the company activities
REQUIREMETNS
- Experience in Personal Assistance field
- Perfectly skilled written and verbal communicator in English&Turkish
- Tact and Diplomacy
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Flexibility and adaptabilit
- Results-oriented professional requiring minimal supervision and ability to multitask
- Computer skills, proficciency in MS programmes
- Long-term career plans as Personal Assistant
