Job Description

We are looking for a Manager assistant in our group company at Asel Plaza, Güneşli

Required Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with mail correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the General Manager
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • organising meetings and events
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondencemanaging databases
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • communicating with staff, suppliers and clients
  • miscellaneous tasks to support the manager, which will vary according to the company activities

REQUIREMETNS

  • Experience in Personal Assistance field
  • Perfectly skilled written and verbal communicator in English&Turkish
  • Tact and Diplomacy
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Flexibility and adaptabilit
  • Results-oriented professional requiring minimal supervision and ability to multitask
  • Computer skills, proficciency in MS programmes
  • Long-term career plans as Personal Assistant
