Trendyol Go is the local services arm of Trendyol Group. As part of Trendyol’s vision to fulfill all the daily needs of our users, Trendyol Go connects local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users.  Connection is seamlessly made in real time to deliver anything in 30 minutes.  Through our on-demand solution, we are able to extend our offering to include food and fresh grocery. We take great pride in empowering local commerce powered by our technology and last mile delivery network.

YOUR PROFILE

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in workforce management and monitoring,
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferably in quantitative fields,
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
    • Data-driven decision making,
    • Ability to extract actionable insights via data and clearly present to relevant stakeholders,
    • Knowledge in contact center KPIs and SQL,
    • Strong interpersonal skills working with multiple stakeholders.

YOUR CHALLENGE

    • Develop deep expertise in on demand delivery and workforce management in this industry,
    • Determine optimum HC planning and scheduling strategy for contact center operations,
    • Perform KPI analyses to come up with actionable insights to improve efficiency of operations,
    • Own all contact center KPI dashboards and develop new dashboards/reports as needed,
    • Daily monitoring and analysis of operations’ performance.
