Trendyol Go is the local services arm of Trendyol Group. As part of Trendyol’s vision to fulfill all the daily needs of our users, Trendyol Go connects local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users. Connection is seamlessly made in real time to deliver anything in 30 minutes. Through our on-demand solution, we are able to extend our offering to include food and fresh grocery. We take great pride in empowering local commerce powered by our technology and last mile delivery network.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fast paced and dynamic startups or management consulting companies focusing on business operations or business excellence,
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Management,
- Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
- Use data as your guide to extract actions,
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders on complex issues.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Own the entire fleet quality domain, end to end to build the highest performing fleet of couriers,
- Be process driven to establish scalable processes to maintain fleet quality amidst rapid growth,
- Use data to build KPIs to monitor performance,
- Develop ways to enhance user experience from appearance to delivery quality,
- Think strategically by leveraging data to prioritize projects backed by solid execution,
- Work closely with meal and grocery teams to execute cross functional projects,
- Use tech to automate and implement system wide processes through close collaboration with the product team.
