Trendyol Go is the local services arm of Trendyol Group. As part of Trendyol’s vision to fulfill all the daily needs of our users, Trendyol Go connects local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users.  Connection is seamlessly made in real time to facilitate on demand transactions.  Our aim is to deliver anything in 30 minutes.  Through our on demand solution, we are able to extend our offering to include food and fresh grocery. We are pleased to empower local commerce by offering marketplace solutions supported by our last mile delivery network, all within the realm of Trendyol’s operational excellence.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management
• Minimum 3-4 years of previous experience in startups or operations functions,
• Analytical thinker, result oriented, high achiever, good team player, high sense of responsibility,
• Preferably experience in developing and enforcing safety policies and standards,
• Background in the administration of all safety related practices,
• Preferably experience in stakeholder management,
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership with a get-it-done attitude,
• Ability to stay calm in dynamic, rapidly-changing environments.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Develop and enforce safety policies and standards
• Conduct safety training, testing, and monitoring of couriers
• Perform compliance audits, implement processes and corrective actions to ensure courier safety
• Effectively and proactively communicate insights to drive projects from design to execution
• Proactively seek out opportunities to build new solutions to tackle safety
• Plan, organize and conduct safety and risk meetings to prepare weekly reports and follow up actions
• Perform investigation of incidents, identify causal factors, develop and implement measures to prevent recurrence, and ensure long-term resolution
• Collaborate effectively with other related stakeholder within the company
• Assist with new product development including design, roll-out, and monitoring
