Trendyol Go is the local services arm of Trendyol Group. As part of Trendyol’s vision to fulfill all the daily needs of our users, Trendyol Go connects local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users.  Connection is seamlessly made in real time to facilitate on demand transactions.  Our aim is to deliver anything in 30 minutes.  Through our on demand solution, we are able to extend our offering to include food and fresh grocery. We are pleased to empower local commerce by offering marketplace solutions supported by our last mile delivery network, all within the realm of Trendyol’s operational excellence.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience,
• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management,
• Build a customer-centric perspective using quality service metrics,
• Strong analytical skills, KPI and SLA tracking in dynamic environment,
• Experience in process creation, optimization and execution,
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead large teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders as needed,
• Results oriented, autonomous and efficient,
• Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.),
• Excel knowledge and data interpretation skills.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Directly manage real-time instant delivery traffic through live operation team (courier and seller operation)
• Collect and analyze real-time operations statistics (costs, service level, customer and courier service metrics, team happiness etc.)
• Analyze daily and weekly operations metrics with a macro view of the long-term success of the operation
• Recommend and implement process improvements (on-line monitoring dashboard, online daily tasks, internal database for agents, reward system for agents)
• Align, standardize and execute specific processes for real time operation for each of the cities together with other stakeholders within the team
• Identify the main operational problem or bad metrics, deep-dive into the problem and propose projects, processes and tools to be executed by the real time operation to ensure we deliver operational excellence and top-performer customer experience
• Maintain communication between shifts and departments (Grocery, meal, supply operations and customer experience team) to implement best practices, resolve problems, and sustain consistent performance to objectives
• Develop objectives for the live operation team day-to-day activities and ensure each team members understand and implement
• Transform the way the team is working by ensuring proper training and mentoring
