Trendyol Go is the local services arm of Trendyol Group. As part of Trendyol’s vision to fulfill all the daily needs of our users, Trendyol Go connects local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users. Connection is seamlessly made in real time to facilitate on demand transactions. Our aim is to deliver anything in 30 minutes. Through our on demand solution, we are able to extend our offering to include food and fresh grocery. We are pleased to empower local commerce by offering marketplace solutions supported by our last mile delivery network, all within the realm of Trendyol’s operational excellence.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree (preferably business administration or economics majors)
- Min 6 years of experience required in sales and business development
- Preferably with national account management experience
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets
- Analytical thinker and advanced Excel skills
- Good in English communication
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Manage a set of strategic and national accounts for Trendyol Go to consistently meet/exceed targets
- Stakeholders management, building strong and powerful relationship with our strategic accounts
- Be a partner for Key Accounts providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Trendyol
- Work closely with merchants, educating them about Trendyol’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
- Track and report development results, analyze, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment
