Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in agency media planning, strategy, and/or business development.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Turkish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in presenting to C-level audiences.
  • Profound knowledge on the Turkish media landscape.
  • Excellent partner management skills.
  • Strong negotiation analytical and modeling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will lead the transformation journey for Turkey’s agency ecosystem. You will gain a deep understanding of the agency and media landscape. You’ll help to develop and drive Google Turkey’s trading strategy and execute all related contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Go-to-Market (GTM) specialist teams as well as global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deal teams to understand the agreement program vision and rules.
  • Develop complex analytical trading proposals independently and get them approved through regional and global Go-to-Market forums.
  • Analyze various sources of internal and external data to develop unique insights and observations that help support the recommendation.and create any type of commercial opportunities.
  • Act as agency strategy and operations manager. Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes, including the development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, agency segmentation, goal setting, tracking, and performance of the business.
