  • evelop and maintain a working knowledge of polices and SOPs and systems applicable to the management of partner channel intermediaries, as well as relationships with relevant organizational entities creating these, including but not limited to Legal; Finance; Compliance; Regulatory and PV/Safety.
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of dynamics within the pharma distribution industry and how these will affect future commercial supply /GTM models within the EM markets / clusters.
  • Create and implement EM-level systems, processes and templates for the effective management and monitoring of agreements, as aligned to requirements of market legal entities
  • Identify / create cluster level SPAs/SMEs, responsible for implementation of the Viatris Distributor
  • Lifecycle Management, Outsource Promotion management and Wholesaler management processes
  • Build competencies and systems to execute effectively on deliverables within a culture of compliance and entrepreneurship.
  • Identify and recommend trade and contracting opportunities, including “fit for purpose” solutions according to market archetype.
  • Lead G2N optimization efforts across EM.
  • Support markets in: Intermediary identification, selection and negotiation with partners, Contracting and approval, Monitoring and performance management, Renewals and / or Termination of third-party agreements
  • Role model an active leadership on “Winning the Right Way” culture with strict compliance to applicable regulations and internal policies, developing education and remediation plans when needed

  • Previous knowledge with contract management and strong liaison w/ compliance/legal aspects is an advantage
