Introduction The UN reports noted, tens of thousands of Syrians families have been forced to move to last-resort IDP settlements such as Atmeh Camp.   And due to the lack of a sewage network that covers all Atma camps and the presence of open sewage that causes many serious diseases and epidemics, its coverage will help alleviate these risks

مقدمة أشارت تقارير الأمم المتحدة إلى أن عشرات الآلاف من الأسر السورية أجبروا على الانتقال إلى مستوطنات اللجوء الأخيرة مثل مخيم أطمة. ونظرا لعدم وجود شبكة صرف صحي تغطي جميع مخيمات أطمة و وجود صرف صحي مكشوف يسبب الكثير من الامراض الخطيرة والاوبئة  فان تغطيته سيساعد على التخفيف من هذه المخاطر.
