ABOUT RI: Relief International specializes in relief and development programs that benefit people in the world’s most fragile settings. A registered non-profit in the US, UK, France and Belgium, our work focuses on countries or communities that suffer from recurrent man-made or natural crises that impede human development. The people that we serve live in sixteen countries across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia where the debilitating effects of political instability, forced displacement, and natural disasters are pervasive. Often, Relief International is the only organization providing healthcare, education, logistics, energy, capacity building, economic development, sanitation, and many other forms of assistance.
Relief International Turkey intends to award a supply contract for the provision of non-perishable food baskets and invites your submission of a tender.
The project aims to serve approximately 1600 households in the Istanbul area, and it needs to be delivered to Istanbul within the first week of October 2020.
Relief International Turkey encourages suppliers who have enough capacity and experience in food supplies to submit their bids.
Interested bidders should submit legal company documents (registration, tax plate, etc.) and relevant work experience in food supplies while requesting to receive tender dossier thru the e-mail address below.

The deadline for requesting ‘Tender Dossier’ is 11 September 2020 at 12:00 pm (Noon)
The deadline for bid submission is 14 September 2020 at 10.00 am (Local time)

Relief International, uluslararası insani yardım organizasyonu usülüne uygun olarak gıda malzemesi için firmaları ihaleye davet etmektedir.
Tahmini gıda kiti sayısı yaklasık 1600 adet olup, acil müdahale kapsamında; gıda malzeme sözlesmesinin imzalanmasına takiben en gec Ekim ayinin ilk haftasi olmak uzere Istanbul’a teslim edilecektir.
Bu nedenle, Relief International Turkiye Temsilciliği gıda malzeme sektöründe yeterli kapasitesi ve geçmiş is tecrübesi olan firmaların ihaleye katılımını teşvik etmektedir.
İlgili firmalar, ihale dosyasını talep ederken; firmaları hakkında yasal belgeleri (ticaret sicil belgesi, vergi levhası vs…) ve gıda malzeme sektorunde faliyetlerini gosteren belge göndermeleri gerekmektedir.
